*Tickets are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be exchanged.
*By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder gives their permission for any photo or film taken at the event of their actual or simulated likeness to be used for the purpose of promoting the festival in any printed promotional material, online marketing or in the media.
*You are purchasing a ticket for a festival not for a particular act therefore line up/times are subject to change.
*Day and Weekend ticket holders have no access to the campsite and will not be allowed to bring any alcohol onto site.
*Thursday camping tickets are only valid with a weekend & camping ticket, entry is permitted from 12.00pm - 9.00pm, main arena is open from Friday 3pm.
*Live in Vehicle Pass is only valid with a weekend & camping ticket, 1 pass per vehicle is required (not per person). Pitches will be allocated on arrival. Pass covers specifically adapted vehicles i.e campervans/caravans, no cars permitted.
*The festival organisers of Cockermouth Rock Festival Ltd reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone from the festival who breaks the site rules/or behaves in unreasonable manner (in this instance the organisers will not issue a refund).
*Entry is on the condition you agree to taking part in searches – this can happen upon entering the event, once inside the event or whilst leaving the event.
*The site rules are (but are not limited to) the following: NO Glass/ NO Dogs (except assistance dogs)/NO Fireworks/ NO Illegal substances /NO Weapons/NO Fires/NO Private Sound Systems/NO littering (please use bins provided).
The festival operates a ZERO TOLLERANCE policy to drugs and as stated above you may be searched upon entry.
The laws of the land are as relevant within the festival field as anywhere else.
*All under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible ticket holding adult aged 21 or over for the duration of the festival. I.D will be checked and no exceptions or refunds will be made.
*One adult (21+) may accompany a maximum of four people aged 15 and under.
*Photographic I.D will be required at the onsite box office, at the wristband exchange and at the entry gates, it is important that you buy the correct ticket/wristband as different wristbands will be issued accordingly.
*Suitable forms of ID include passports, proof of age cards or driving licenses.
* If you have purchased or are attempting to purchase an Under 18 ticket/wristband and we are under any doubt to your age we will ask you to produce I.D, if you cannot prove that you are under 18 then you will be charged for an adult ticket but issued with an under 18 wristband.
*Likewise if you have purchased or are attempting to purchase an Adult ticket/wristband and we are under any doubt to your age we will ask you to produce I.D, if you cannot prove that you are 18 or over then you will be issued with an under 18 wristband, refunds will not be given. .
*On site we operate a challenge 25 policy, I.D will be required on entry as above but also at all of our bars, please make sure you bring you I.D with you to avoid embarrassment. Random on site checks may also be made.
*Alcohol is strictly prohibited from being brought onto the main arena site. Only soft drinks or water are permitted. However the bars on site are very reasonably priced( in line with local pubs).
*Those who are 18+ and have a weekend and camping ticket will be permitted to bring alcohol onto the campsite to a maximum of 50 units for the weekend. Under 18's are not be permitted to bring or consume any alcohol and it will be confiscated. I.D checks will be made and if you are believed to be under 18 and can't prove otherwise then you will not be allowed entry with alcohol.
*There will be no re-entry with alcohol at any point
