We are delighted that due to site infrastructure changes we are able to include Day Tickets again. A day ticket will be sold which will enable you access to the main arena on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Adult (18+) and Young Adult (13-17) day tickets will be sold but will be priced the same due to the already discounted price.
Day ticket holders will have no access to the campsite and will not be allowed to bring any alcohol onto site.
After a great deal of consideration and lengthy talks we are unfortunately not able to allow dogs at all at CockRock 2013. This has been a very difficult decision and as dog owners ourselves it is one we haven't taken lightly.
This does not apply to assistance dogs.
Facilities on site will include: camping (please see section above), toilets (both in the main field and camping areas) , a wide range of food outlets and fresh water taps.
Festival boundaries are clearly marked for your own safety, please do not ignore the signs.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited from being brought onto the festival site
There is a STRICTLY NO GLASS policy in place on the whole site (including the campsite). This is for the safety of everyone as well as the animals who's home the site normally is. If anyone is found to have glass on the site, it will be confiscated (no exceptions).
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on ALL illegal substances, if you are found to have brought these on to the site you will be removed from the festival immediately and reported to the police. We are a family festival there will be no second chances. As already stated entry is on the condition that you agree to take part in searches, these can be undertaken at any point in the festival,
The laws of the land are as relevant within the festival field as anywhere else.
Across the festival site there will be many bins and recycling facilities, please where possible use them! Please help us to keep the site nice & clean for all festival goers and animals who's home it is and to save us a bit of hard graft!
Anyone found to be abusing the site by excessive litter may be asked to leave (no refunds will be given!)
Lost property will be kept at the steward office until after the festival when it will be moved to our main office offsite for the following weeks after the festival.
Records are kept of items that have been found on the festival field as well as a record of items which are reported lost.
If you have lost something at the festival please e-mail us in the first instance at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.
On site we have plenty of parking. Unfortunately due to Health & Safety cars are not permitted to park next to tents, there is a separate car park's for both Day ticket holders and Weekend ticket holders.
This is a decision we haven't taken lightly however as we are responsible for everyone's safety at the festival we feel that separating cars and tents will ensure that we create a safe and happy environment for our festival goers to enable them to enjoy their experience at CockRock.
However we would like to point out the car parks are only a matter of minutes away from the campsite, there is no long walk and the campsite is easily accessible for all. We are also looking into ways to make the short walk even more enjoyable!
Entry is on the condition you agree to taking part in searches– this can happen upon entering the event, once inside the event or whilst leaving the event.
Personal sound systems are strictly prohibited from being brought and used on the festival site.
When entering the main festival site you will be asked to swap your ticket for a wristband, you must wear this wristband at all times, without it you may be asked to leave the festival.
Photographic I.D will be required at the onsite box office, at the wristband exchange and at the entry gates, it is important that you buy the correct ticket/wristband as different wristbands will be issued accordingly.
If you have purchased or are attempting to purchase an Under 18 ticket/wristband and we are under any doubt to your age we will ask you to produce I.D, if you cannot prove that you are under 18 then you will be charged for an adult ticket but issued with an under 18 wristband.
