* Can I find out what time a particular artist is on before the festival?
We are unable to publish exact times via the website, however a festival guide will be on sale at the beginning of July to help you plan your 2013 festival.
*I'm under 16 do I have to bring a parent or guardian with me?
Yes, due to licensing conditions if you are under 16 you must be accompanied by a responsible ticket holding adult aged 21 or over for the duration of the festival, this covers both the campsite and main festival arena. I.D will be checked at the box office on arrival and at the entrances. No exceptions or refunds will be made.
*Can I take alcohol into the main festival arena?
Unfortunately alcohol is strictly prohibited from being brought onto the main arena site due to licensing. Only soft drinks or water is now permitted. However the bars on site are very reasonably priced (in line with local pubs)
*I'm under 18 now but will be 18 by the time of the festival which ticket do I buy?
You must purchase the correct ticket for your age at the time of the festival, * If you have purchased or are attempting to purchase an Under 18 ticket/wristband and we are under any doubt to your age we will ask you to produce I.D, if you cannot prove that you are under 18 then you will be charged for an adult ticket but issued with an under 18 wristband. (*Likewise if you have purchased or are attempting to purchase an Adult ticket/wristband and we are under any doubt to your age we will ask you to produce I.D, if you cannot prove that you are 18 or over then you will be issued with an under 18 wristband, refunds will not be given.)
*I'm over 18 do I need to bring I.D with me?
On site we operate a challenge 25 policy, so to avoid any potential problems we do advise you bring your I.D
*I'm worried about bringing my passport/driving licence with me, will I need them?
Yes we do recommend that you bring I.D with you to avoid any potential problems, If you're worried about bringing your I.D then we recommend a proof of age card it costs just £15 and also gets you lots of discounts at well known places, for more info please visit http://www.citizencard.com/ipr/
* Can my band play?

*Can I buy a ticket on site?

*I have a Day pass/weekend pass can I upgrade to a weekend/weekend & camping ticket on site?
T.B.C but dependant on availability.
*I have a day pass, can I camp for one night?
Unfortunately you will not be able to camp with a day pass, if you wish to camp at the festival you will need to purchase a weekend & camping ticket.
*I'd like to purchase a day pass but I can't attend until later on in the day, can I purchase a discounted ticket?
Although we are sorry that you are unable to attend for the full day, we are not able to sell discounted tickets, we will only sell full price tickets at the box office (subject to availability) but this will allow you to enjoy the festival until the main arena closes.
*My children are 12 or under do I need to purchase a ticket?
We're happy to say all children 12 or under can now attend for free, however they will still need to wear a wristband which is available from the onsite box office only. (All under 16's must be accompanied by a adult aged 21 or over)
* I can no longer attend the festival, is it possible to have a refund?
Unfortunately we are not able to issue refunds. Please find the terms and conditions pay for full details.
*Can I park next to my tent?
Due to Health & Safety reasons cars will no longer be allowed to park next to tents, there will now be three separate car park's one for Day ticket holders and one for Weekend ticket holders and one for those who wish to camp in quiet camping.
* How far do I have to walk between my car and the campsite?
The car parks are only a matter of minutes away from the campsite, there is no long walk and the campsite is easily accessible for all.
*Can you park campervans & caravans alongside tents?
For CockRock 2013 campervans & caravans will have their own separate camping area, however this is only a very short walk away from the general campsite. Please note if you are brining a campervan/caravan you will need to purchase a live in vehicle ticket.
*How far is camping from the stages?
No more than a 5 min walk
*Is there any electric points in the campsites?
No unfortunately not
*Is there water in the campsites?
Yes there are fresh water taps throughout the campsite.
*Can I just buy a camping ticket?
Unfortunately we don't sell camping tickets seperately, these must be purchased as a weekend and camping ticket.
*I want to visit my friends on the campsite but don't have a camping pass, is this ok?
To access the campsite you must purchase a weekend and camping ticket, access is restricted to camping ticket holders only.
*Can I take my own food and drink onto the campsite?
Yes, you are allowed to take your own food and drink onto the campsite within in reason. Alcohol will be limited to approx 50 units per person. Please note CockRock has a zero tolerance rate to underage drinking.
*Can I camp on Thursday night?
The main arena site is licensed from 12noon on Friday 20th July, however you can now purchase a Thursday camping ticket for just £10 (only valid with a weekend and camping ticket)
*Can I bring a personal sound system?
As in the past, sound systems are prohibited
*Can I take my own food and drink onto the campsite?
Yes, you are allowed to take your own food and drink onto the campsite within in reason. Alcohol will be limited to a maximum of 50 units per person (must be over 18). Please note CockRock has a zero tolerance rate to underage drinking.
